Jennifer Sam, Esq.

Jennifer Sam began her legal career as a prosecutor at the Office of the State Attorney before joining Musca Law as a criminal defense attorney.  A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Sam majored in Criminal Justice and Philosophy at the University of Scranton.  She is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. 

Additionally, Ms. Sam volunteers her time to fight against cancer with the Lance Armstrong Foundation.  In her free time, she likes learning about ancient Egypt, scrapbooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Marquin Rinard, Esq.

Marquin Rinard graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1982.  He received his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in 1979.  Based out of the Fort Myers Musca Law Office, Mr. Rinard has been working with Musca Law since 2006.

John Musca, Esq.

John Musca decided to open the Musca Law offices in 2001 to offer comprehensive criminal representation with his aggressive defense philosophy to clients throughout Florida.  As an experienced criminal defense attorney and former public defender in the 20th Judicial Circuit, Mr. Musca has tried over 100 cases.  He attended Boston College for his undergraduate studies, graduating cum laude in 1994, and received his law degree from the Case Western University School of Law in 1997.

Mr. Musca has served thousands of criminal defendants with his aggressive defense philosophy.  He believes in a comprehensive approach and focuses attention on the best parts of his client’s cases – and the weakest components of the prosecution’s side of the story.  Mr. Musca handles state and federal crimes.  He is licensed to practice law in Florida and the United States Federal Court, Middle District of Florida.

Rebecca Sonalia, Esq.

Rebecca Sonalia has been part of the Musca Law criminal defense team since 2007.  She is licensed to practice in Florida and Michigan.  Ms. Sonalia attended the University of Michigan for her undergraduate studies, graduating in 2000, and earned her J.D. from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2006.

Jeff Quisenberry

Florida Criminal Defense Attorney Jeff R. Quisenberry has been practicing law for over 21 years, and has tried over 100 jury trials, including over fifteen homicide cases and over fifty life and capital felonies. Kerstin Zimmermann, Esq.

Attorney Kerstin Zimmermann is dedicated to defending her clients and obtaining the best possible result for them. She has worked at a public defender’s office since her second year in law school. During her time at the public defender’s office, she has represented hundreds of clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies. She has experience at all stages of the process, including trial, preliminary examination, competency hearings, as well as writing and arguing motions.

Having interned at a prosecutor’s office in addition to working at a public defender’s office, she knows both sides of the system and is able to use this knowledge to her clients’ advantage. She knows when the state attorney has a weak case and is able to use the prosecution’s weaknesses in developing a successful defense strategy for her clients. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.

She graduated summa cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law and represented the law school for two years in the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court competition in Chicago. While in law school, she received several awards, including a full-tuition merit scholarship. She also received the highest grade in her class in Criminal Trial Advocacy I as well as in Client Counseling and Interviewing. During her last year and a half in law school, Attorney Zimmermann worked as a LexisNexis associate and is intimately familiar with legal research.

Before going to law school, she worked as a journalist for several years after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the Ohio State University. While working as a journalist she gained invaluable writing experience, which gives her an advantage when it comes to writing motions on behalf of her clients. In addition to working as a journalist in the United States, she has worked for several years in Germany and speaks fluent German.

Lawrence Wrenn, Esq.

Attorney Lawrence Wrenn is a trusted and knowledgeable member of Musca Law firm. Attorney Wrenn graduated from the University of Miami with an undergraduate degree in History. He was accepted into and graduated from the University Of Miami School Of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in the United States Federal Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He also served on the prestigious Board of Governors of the Dade County Trial Lawyers.

The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, now known as, the American Association for Justice (AAJ), asked Attorney Wrenn to speak at their annual convention. The AAJ works to establish a fair and balanced Court system.  It is a high honor to be a presenter for the convention on behalf of this Association. Attorney Wrenn spoke on fighting the drug companies who produced and sold controversial vaccines. He took on the drug companies and pharmaceutical sale corporations with heated litigation. He is not afraid to confront corporations and is a strong voice for his clients.

Attorney Wrenn fearlessly attacked the drug companies head on in an effort to keep questionable vaccines away from our children. Nirav M. Jamindar, Esq.

We welcome Attorney Nirav M. Jamindar as the most recent addition to our Musca Law team. He graduated from State University of New York at Stony Brook, with a major in History. We went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is admitted to the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court- Middle District of Florida, Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court.

Attorney Jamindar began his legal work history in West Palm Beach. He obtained an internship as a Judicial Law Clerk assisting a Circuit Court Judge. Jamindar acquired priceless knowledge researching case law and learned the flow of the elite Judge’s office. This experience is valuable when representing a Client engulfed in the Court system.
After graduating from law school, he moved to the West Coast of Florida. He served in the Office of the Lee County Public Defender, in Ft. Myers. He worked with destitute clients in trouble with the law. He is trained in handling DUI and Post Conviction Relief cases. Attorney Jamindar used his time in the Public Defender’s Office to gain great Courtroom experience and tight business relations with the Prosecution.

He is passionate about fighting for the consumer and for others unable to fight for themselves. Attorney Jamindar eventually left the Public Defender’s Office and became employed with the firm of Light & Associates, LLLP, working on asset protection services and clients facing bankruptcy.

He has taken a forward approach in dealing with clients whom have had criminal and/or financial difficulties. Attorney Jamindar is not afraid to fight for the “little guy.” He has inside knowledge from working with an elite Judge, as well as with individuals facing hardships.
